How Much Do Website Updates Cost?
For brochure websites updates are free for the 1st year! After a year updates can be purchased in blocks of hours at very competitive rates. Please see our prices page for details.Howeverf if you require a small change such as a telephone number or address change, our support staff will probably do it for you whilst you are on the phone!

When Do I Pay?
We ask for an upfront payment of £85 this is to purchase your chosen domain name and website hosting. The balance is not payable until your website is complete and you are 100% happy.

How Long Does It Take To Have A Website Designed?
Brochure websites take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete however it is possible for us to create a web presence for your business within 24 hours if required. The amount of time taken to have your website created depends on how fast information is provided. If you should decide to use our services we will work with you to identify your requirements.

If I Already Have A Site Can You Improve It?
Yes we can improve your existing website design and add additional content as required. We will assess your website and recommend various enhancements for your consideration. These enhancements along with your ideas can then be applied to your website.

Do I Need To Use A Local Website Design Company?
No! The website design company can be located anywhere in the world. To keep costs down you do not need to meet with the website designers as everything can be discussed effectively via the telephone and using email.

Can I View The Progress During The Design Process?
Yes! You will be provided with a direct website address to view the progress of your website. We encourage our clients to do this and ask clients to provide us with input during all stages of the website design and implementation process.
